Steve Woz signs rare 1976 Apple I motherboard in Dubai

It is not every day that you can see the perfect motherboard for a computer from Apple. Combine it with Apple co-founder Steve Woz his 1976 invention and signature and you’ve got one of those rare Apple fan moments.

As posted on Twitter by AAPL . group, the user writes: “Today we brought the master together with one of his creations… What an amazing experience.” Twitter user follows:

Woz gets 1 Apple computer of 1976…the invention that revolutionized the personal computer and led to the creation of the world’s most valuable and profitable company.

Apparently, the reunion happened this week at The Dubai Mall, as you can see in the video, some people are reunited when a guy takes an Apple 1 computer out of the bubble wrap. When Woz realizes he is in front of one of his creations, it is possible to see the surprise on his face.

This is apple 1. Wow! My God. Just give a nice pen and I’ll sign up here.”

The Apple I was the first product that was announced by the company in 1976. The computer was on sale for $666.66 at that time. since then, 9to5Mac Reports on some auctions and eBay sales of the product, which could be as high as $1.5 million.

In one proceeding, auctioneer John Moran told the story of the Apple I:

The 200 Apple-1 computers were designed by Steve Wozniak and assembled and tested by Steve Jobs, Patty Jobs (his sister), and Daniel Kottke in the Jobs home. 175 of them sold for $666.66, a number that fulfilled Wozniak’s love of repeating numbers. 50 of the 175 computers were sold to Paul Terrell, owner of ByteShop in Mountain View, California.
